Following our spring yoga retreat we can't wait to return to the special Oast House in Rye to give 10 students the opportunity to relax and recharge by providing a weekend of Yoga classes with two experienced instructors. Will include walks; meditation; relaxation; lovingly home cooked yummy vegetarian food and much more!We will be staying in a beautifully restored Oast House tucked away in the most idyllic slice of rural Sussex (only an hour on the train from Victoria) which boasts its unique heritage and beauty, whilst providing understated luxury and comfort to those who stay there. Usually on Retreat we are used to quite basic rooms (after all it is about the yoga)! However we are very lucky to have found the Oast House is blessed with quite special and luxurious rooms.
There are two large and stunning en-suite double rooms - these would be suitable for a couple, or two friends who are happy to share, or a single person (but please note there will be an added supplement for single occupancy).
There are also two equally lovely twin rooms - The twin rooms share a bathroom.
There is also a shepards hut which is a self contained cosy hut in the field opposite - please see the website for more details.
