​FG-MLD Manual Lymphatic Drainage is an evidence-based, effective treatment designed to ease the painful symptoms of lymphoedema. Also known as the Fill & Flush technique, FG-MLD was developed by Prof. J.P. Belgrado (University of Brussels) .This evidence-based method refines traditional approaches (Vodder, Földi) with the latest research in anatomy, pathology, and physiology. FG-MLD techniques enable moving fluid more effectively, achieving faster outcomes with shorter treatment times.
